Since diagnosing a roof leak requires removing parts of the roof, such as shingles, boots, or flashing, it must be repaired immediately. Therefore, we treat these as service calls with a minimum charge of $350. We show up to investigate and address the problem immediately. Once we diagnose the issue, you will receive an update with pictures, the solution, and the final cost. Roof repairs generally fall in the area of $500-$1500. Occasionally, an older or poorly installed roof may demand a more extensive remedy, rendering a simple leak repair unfeasible. In such cases, we will temporarily tarp the area and work with you to create a plan for a more comprehensive solution.
