We treat roof repairs as a service call and implement a minimum charge of $350. Once we diagnose the issue, you will receive an update with pictures, the solution, and the final cost. Roof repairs generally fall in the area of $500-$1500. Occasionally, an older or poorly installed roof may demand a more extensive remedy, rendering a simple leak repair unfeasible. In such cases, we will temporarily tarp the area and work with you to create a plan for a more comprehensive solution.
