Roofs in Canton
Canton is home for us. The office is on Hickory Flat Highway, so Canton is the shortest drive on my list and the area I can get to soonest when something needs looking at.
The housing splits two ways. Riverstone, Hickory Flat and the newer developments off Highway 140 are full of roofs from the last building wave, and those are mostly hail and wind cases rather than worn out roofs. In-town Canton and the older streets near the historic downtown are the opposite, with roofs that have simply run their course and decking underneath that deserves a proper look before new shingles go on top of it.
Cherokee County also sits under a well travelled hail corridor. After a storm the door knockers arrive within days, and plenty of them will tell you the roof is finished when it is not. If you want a second opinion before you sign anything with anyone, that is worth asking for, and it costs nothing.
