Roofs in Alpharetta
A large share of Alpharetta housing went up through the 1990s and early 2000s, which means a lot of roofs across the city are now sitting in the window where architectural shingles start giving up. Granule loss in the gutters, curling at the edges of the south facing slope and nail pops showing through are the signs that the roof is aging out rather than storm damaged, and the two need very different answers.
