GAF System Plus Limited Warranty (Manufacturer-Backed)
As a GAF-certified installer, we are authorized to offer the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty when your new roof is installed using qualifying GAF shingles and the required GAF accessory products (underlayment, leak barriers, ridge caps, etc.) according to manufacturer specifications. This enhanced warranty provides:
- Up to 50 years of protection against manufacturing defects in the GAF shingles and accessories.
- Coverage for labor costs to repair or replace defective materials during the Smart Choice Protection Period.
- Inclusion of tear-off costs when necessary.
Important: The GAF System Plus warranty primarily covers factory defects in materials — it does not cover issues caused by installation or external factors like storms.

- New Roof Replacements: 7-Year Workmanship Warranty
Covers any defects in our installation work, such as improper flashing, sealing, or nailing that could lead to leaks. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within 7 years, we will repair it at no cost to you. This exceeds the 5-year standard offered by many local roofers. - Roof Repairs: 2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Provides solid protection on all repair work. A shorter term is practical here because repairs are often performed on older or previously leaking roofs where other factors may contribute to future issues.
How the Warranties Work Together
The GAF System Plus Limited Warranty protects you against manufacturing defects in the materials, while our 7-year workmanship warranty covers problems caused by installation. Together, they provide layered, comprehensive protection — giving you confidence in both the products and the quality of our work.
Warranties begin on the date of job completion. Full details, exclusions (such as storm damage, owner neglect, or lack of maintenance), and claim procedures will be clearly outlined in your final contract. We strongly recommend annual maintenance inspections — which we can provide — to keep your roof in top condition and help maintain your warranty coverage.
